YAAY BONGLA!!

My exams didn’t went well, nevermind. Many people wanted to know how was my trip before exams.

My trip to Dhaka, Bangladesh was awesome. Memorable because of one big reason which is personal and very thankful for it. Many more reason too. One of them was it was also a gift for mom. Nothing can match the experience of seeing her smile and enjoy. The food was awesome everywhere and cheap too. Bashundra City, the biggest mall of South Asia was the place I went TWO times in small trip of six days, just to eat their Dohi Puchka (Dahi waley Gol Gappay) and Chicken Masala Dossa - mouthwatering. We ate a good big Thai six-course meal and it costed us just Rs. 650 with awesome service and in the end lime finger bowls. It was so filling that we just returned the biggest course of fried chilli fish. And the ras malai, heaven!

Uff the roads are so clean, no bumps and wide enough. Traffic is bas but not as bad as ours. The best part is greenery. I wish Karachi was green. Karachi people wake up.

Cycle Rickshaw was a fun trip though it is such a cruel form of labor. Bangla Lychees are now my next favorite after peaches.

People are so welcoming, simple and down-to-earth. Even if we say we are from Pakistan, they smiled. We all are one actually. It was good that they got separated or less they would have died from the allergy of corruption.

Every taka we spend was worth and paid back in millions.

And it was my first trip outside Karachi and in the plane.. woohooo!!

And it was a community trip so we also sang and danced in the plane
What fun!

Today is my
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

and I celebrated it by buying two awesome expensive shirts, eating pizza and cake and by receiving a lot of love and warmth.

Now it is time to payback.

I am so excited.

This keyboard is so difficult to use. I hope I will master it soon bcoz i m sick of typo errors and things getting kinda cranky.

Peaches are here to stay.

Yaay!! for the first peach of the season that I ate today. I mean when I got it from my dad, I was excited like a kid literally. I have waited for it for whole one year which seems like a decade when you actually have to be patient. Obviously you can have the canned ones but they taste so artificially yuck. I saw that, I ate first bite, I thanked God (both for fruit and such loving parents) because when you are like missing something and it just comes to you as surprise then you understand the value of the blessing even if it is for a small peach. Btw peaches aren’t small, they are HUGE taste and texture. Nothing better than a juicy peach fruit.

Love is Peaches.
and Peaches are Heaven.

Life is all about living at the moment and cherishing them to the fullest. There is nothing like a big happiness or small happiness, happiness is happiness. It is as simple as that.

And ohh the heavenly love of peaches!!

Mujhe koi es gutter se nikalo!! (Part two)

This time literally.

When it’s raining, and the person sitting next to you in the bus is sleepy, one uncle is continuously talking with a young stranger and the stranger is completely bored and irritated, one person is complaining about the condition of roads, other person is fighting with other person on the year in which it rained the most in Karachi, and I am laughing seeing people’s condition/misery and what is awaiting for me next. Can it be funnier than this?

It rained for I guess only 50 or so minutes or maybe even less and the whole karachi screwed up. The area where I live a.k.a. North was flooding, literally flooding. Sab kuch todh ke rakh diya, khushaal pakistan my foot, jaisa hai aisa bhi rehne dain toh ganeemat hai! Half of me is in the water, muddy, gross, gutter water and that also floating with God knows where will be the potholes. Why the hell did I decide to wear those off-white pants?! By the time, I was home, it was equivalent to light-poo colored. Cars stuck, kids on the road screaming and all helpless. I had to cross roads filled with water. At every crossroad, waited for 10 minutes to figure out how to pass safely. People makes facing, abusing authorities and what not and yours truly is smiling, not only smiling by laughing.

Pehle toh khuda ke vaastey es tarah ki todh podh ban karo. Sewerage lines ban karo taakey humko gutter main rehne ki pakki addat hojaye aur aisey experiences ko hum roz enjoy karein

En sab se pehle Cricket ko ban karo. Kasam se hamari nakara team se toh gali main bachey acha khelte and that without any lassi, coach or doping. Coach bichare ko bhi heartache de diya. Coach aur en faarig logon per jitne paise lagate hain utna hi education per lagao phir dekho. Waisey hi I hate cricket, ab toh I hate it even more. Aur hamarey log, they rely on cricket team as if they will change the course of the world. Cricket team jeetay gi toh bhi tumhain kuch nahi milne wala material or immaterial. Agar satta lagaya hoga public ne toh bhi nahi kuch mile ga, ulta paise doob jaye ge kyunke yeh team manhoos hai jaise kyunke saas bhi kabhi bahu thi hai! Sab kuch ban kardo. I guess es law-minister ki besharmi ke baad aur en sab harqaton ke baad mujhe bhi kuch gaaliyaan seekh leni chahiye. Achi investment hogi, it will pay off really nicely I guess. Kaam ayegi sach main. Aur added advantage ban bhi nahi hogi.

Sab kuch ban kardo. Now soon a day will come when will be proudly called banistan, corruptistan, blacklisted-istan. Our country needs surf-excel kyunke daag toh achey hote hain. Where are we heading? Read the board, Welcome to gutter-land.

Aur main tumlogon ko itni entertainment de raha hoon do posts se, koi toh bolo it makes you laugh. Ek toh waise hi koi comment karta nahi hai. Kitne kanjuice ho sab. Btw if that criteria makes you that juicy creature then I am the Kanjuice-st of all =p

Wrestling with internet, hectic life, laziness, wordpress and whole lot small things for past few days I am back again but through anonymous proxy =s

Now the more good news part, I passed two of my papers of ACCA in this attempt and I am so happy because I got fantastic marks. All the thanks goes to God, HE is really very very kind and it is because of all those prayers of my parents and loved ones. 4 passed in total, 10 more to go

There is hell lotta to say, I guess vtunnel.com will help me to continue blogging because my network service is *vomits*.

This is a great news that I want to share with all my friends. I won the second prize at the Frame Politic International Photography Competition in India organized by Indraprastha College For Women, Delhi University. The best part is that both position in the theme Curves were won by Pakistanis. Official letter will be coming soon. This news was given to me by an Indian friend so I will give you updates after the official letter
